This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the website, the booking system and the establishment\u2019s internal rules regarding access and conduct <\/span>Cr\u00eapes Du Monde<\/b>, legally operated by the company listed below.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY<\/h3>\n

      2.1. Channels and Booking Management:<\/b> These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made at the restaurant, whether made via the website (online), by telephone or in person. Online bookings are set up for a maximum of 4 people. For groups of 6 or more, bookings must be made by telephone or in person, subject to specific conditions and, where applicable, the payment of a deposit in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2.2. Grace period (tolerance):<\/b> The restaurant will hold the table for a maximum of 5 minutes<\/b> at the confirmed time, regardless of the channel through which the booking was made. If all guests have not arrived by this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the restaurant will be free to reallocate the table.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2.3. Cancellations and Changes:<\/b> The customer may cancel or amend their booking free of charge at least 2 hours<\/b> regarding your booking time. For online bookings, please use the link in the confirmation email; for bookings made by telephone or in person, please contact the restaurant directly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2.4. Guarantee and No-Show:<\/b> At present, the restaurant does not require a credit card as a deposit nor does it charge a cancellation fee for no-shows (no-show<\/i>). However, RILOULI S.L. expressly reserves the right to introduce a bank guarantee scheme in the future for special dates, events or peak periods, in which case the user will be duly notified during the booking process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND RULES OF CONDUCT<\/h3>\n

      The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry, which it exercises lawfully in accordance with current regulations in Catalonia, in order to ensure safety, health, a pleasant atmosphere and the smooth running of the service.<\/p>\n

        3.1. Strict ban on outside food and drink (risk of cross-contamination):<\/b> As it is an establishment 100% gluten-free<\/b>, and for strict food safety and public health reasons designed to protect our customers with coeliac disease, It is strictly forbidden to bring in, handle or consume any food or drink not provided by the restaurant<\/b>. This ban applies strictly and without exception to baby food, baked goods, snacks or any other items. Restaurant staff will ask you to remove any outside food found on the premises immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3.2. Minimum dress code:<\/b> For reasons of hygiene and out of respect for other diners, anyone who is barefoot, bare-chested (without a top) or wearing only swimwear (swimming trunks, bikinis) will not be permitted to enter or remain on the premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3.3. Pets allowed (Pet-Friendly):<\/b> Pets are welcome in the restaurant. However, the pet owner is solely liable, both legally and civilly, for the pet\u2019s behaviour. The restaurant reserves the right to ask for the pet to be removed (or moved to the terrace area) should it display aggressive or noisy behaviour, disturb the peace of the premises or interfere with service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3.4. Behaviour, public decency and minors:<\/b> Guests are required to behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times towards the waiting staff and other guests. Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are directly responsible for supervising the children in their care. Shouting, running around the premises or destructive behaviour that jeopardises safety or unduly disrupts the common good will not be tolerated. The restaurant reserves the right to ask tables that repeatedly fail to comply with this rule to leave the premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND ALLERGEN MANAGEMENT<\/h3>\n

          4.1. Prices and Taxes:<\/b> All prices for dishes, drinks and services shown on both the physical menu and the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current legislation applicable to the catering industry (10%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          4.2. Disclaimer regarding other allergens:<\/b> RILOULI S.L. guarantees a 100% gluten-free environment. However, other ingredients containing allergens subject to mandatory declaration (dairy products, nuts, eggs, etc.) are routinely handled in our kitchen. Despite applying strict cleaning and handling protocols, The restaurant cannot guarantee that there are absolutely no traces of allergens other than gluten<\/b> due to the unavoidable risk of unintentional cross-contamination. Customers with serious or severe allergies or intolerances to substances other than gluten do so at their own risk. Customers are strictly required to clearly inform the waiting staff of any allergies before placing their order.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK<\/h3>\n

            6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY (GDPR)<\/h3>\n

            The personal data provided by the user during the booking process (name, telephone number, email address) will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of processing that booking. The processing of this data is carried out in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679. The user may consult all detailed information regarding the exercise of their rights of access, rectification or erasure in the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>\n

            7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h3>\n

            These Terms and Conditions are governed in their entirety by Spanish law.
